are owned by Josh Bender. However, they can be
distributed without written or verbal permission as long as no changes to
the programs are made. They may be bundled in demo/shareware/freeware CDs
without prior permission, although it would be nice if you could
tell us how many CDs you sold/gave away! :)
Josh Bender would like to make acknowledgments to Lee
Bamber and Nolan Worthington who designed
"Lobotomy", a fantastic game, on which Dr Goo was originally based.
And it would like to be made clear that the Dr Goo series are totally FREEWARE,
which complies with copyright regulations set by "The Games Factory"
and "Multimedia Fusion". All titles, names, trademarks,
etc. are owned by their respective companies.
